Measurabl Earns 2020 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award

[SAN DIEGO] April 1, 2020 — Measurabl, the world’s most widely adopted ESG software platform for commercial real estate, is proud to announce it has received the 2020 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award for its outstanding work to improve ESG data aggregation and quality.

The ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year Award recognizes partner businesses and organizations that demonstrate superior leadership, innovation, and commitment to environmental protection through energy efficiency.

In 2019 Measurabl helped more than 12,000 buildings through ENERGY STAR, the fourth highest on the Service & Product Providers’ Most Active List. The company also helped attain ENERGY STAR certification for nearly 300 buildings, putting Measurabl in the top three most active service providers. Additionally, Measurabl’s platform has a unique API (application programming interface) that allows users to automatically collect and sync energy, water, and waste data seamlessly with the ENERGY STAR platform.

“As USAA Real Estate continues to set itself apart as a leader in sustainability with a commitment to operating innovative, high-performance, and sustainable real estate solutions, our ENERGY STAR Partnership has been a key differentiator for us. Measurabl plays a critical role in the benchmarking of nearly 300 buildings in ENERGY STAR and helps us ensure data is accurate, timely, and complete for all our reporting needs,” said Jason McIntyre, Director of Real Estate Operations and Sustainability at USAA Real Estate Company. USAA is a 2020 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for Energy Management award winner for the 18th consecutive year, which is longer than any other real estate firm.

Measurabl’s collaboration with ENERGY STAR to provide better transparency in real estate operations is constantly improving. The platform’s integration with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager is a commonly used feature. This flexible data sync feature allows users to integrate their existing assets seamlessly and empowers easy reporting, benchmarking, and state and municipal energy and water disclosures through ENERGY STAR.

In addition to the collaborative efforts with ENERGY STAR, Measurabl continuously adds new features to further support our users to collect, analyze, and report ESG data. Measurabl recently launched Data Integrity Monitoring enhancements to provide unparalleled transparency into data issues, overlaps, and automated data collection issues at the portfolio, building, and meter levels. This new toolset allows users to easily address ESG data integrity issues that impact data completeness or accuracy.

Maintaining resilience in the face of challenges – climate change, economic instability, and even global health crises – has become increasingly important in light of recent developments. Companies that embrace technology, stay nimble, and have the knowledge and support to make cutting-edge tools work for their business will continue to outperform their competitors and gain access to capital. Measurabl continues to empower its customers by providing tools that enable better access to ESG data, streamlined disclosure, and improved transparency into management practices.
